The grapes for this wine were grown by our neighbours, Peter & Anita Frazer, whose low-yielding vineyard produces fruit of intense richness & varietal character.
The Cabernet Sauvignon is a blockbuster of a wine with rich dark fruit and balanced soft oak tannins, produced from 12 months ageing in American oak barriques.
This is definitely a wine to cellar for a number of years but for now, it is seriously easy drinking.
